CALM ABIDING MEDITATION

The practices are based on the wisdom and compassion teachings of the Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen Lineage. 

They are non-denominational and non-theistic. Practitioners at all meditation levels are invited.

Sessions Include:

  • Mindful Relaxation

  • Vase Breathing

  • Inner Nerve Healing

  • Calm Abiding Meditation

Review sessions occur between each exercise
